Dehradun: Former CM Harish Rawat has lost from the Lalkuan constituency even as the counting of votes continues for the Uttarakhand Assembly Election 2022. The Congress leader lost his former fortress even as the party floundered in the polls and the BJP claimed a comfortable victory.
