Speaking to the media whereas launching the app, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that the info on the app will be up to date day by day at 10 am and 6 pm.

“The cases of coronavirus are rising in Delhi but there is no reason to panic. We have made enough arrangements in hospitals. In many countries, we have seen that there are more patients but not enough beds or ventilators. Death rates were increasing in those nations as people were not able to get enough medical attention,” Kejriwal mentioned.

He mentioned that there are sufficient beds however folks undergo due to the knowledge hole.

“To fill this information gap, we are launching this app,” Kejriwal mentioned.

Kejriwal additionally mentioned the info will be accessed on an internet web page, cellphone name or WhatsApp.

“We are launching the app today which will give everyone the status of hospital beds and ventilator availability in Delhi,” he added.

As per the app, until 10 am on Tuesday, as towards 6,731 beds for coronavirus sufferers in Delhi, solely 2,819 sufferers had been admitted whereas 3,912 beds are vacant.
