New Delhi: The fearless Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has turned a year older on March 23. To mark this special day, the makers of her upcoming film Tejas unveiled her new look that is truly unmissable. In the new photo shared by RSVP Movies, Kangana is seen donning the blue Indian Air Force uniform. Holding a pencil, the actor looks like sitting in a training room and beams at the camera.
Sharing the photo, RSVP Movies Twitter handle added the caption, “Dear #Tejas, Spread your wings and soar high, today and always. Wish you a very happy birthday. @KanganaTeam!” As soon as the makers shared the post online, fans went on to flood the comment section with all things happy and nice.
Written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara, Tejas is the story of a daring and fierce fighter pilot played by Kangana Ranaut. The IAF was the first of the armed forces in the country to induct women into combat roles in 2016. The film takes inspiration from this landmark event.

Earlier on February 27th, Kangana revealed the name of her character in her upcoming film Tejas- ‘Tejas Gill’. Taking to her Twitter handle, the ‘Queen’ actress shared an image of the camouflage-print T-shirt with a tag of ‘Tejas Gill and the blood group B positive.’ Expressing her feelings on seeing the name of her character in the film ‘Tejas’ in front of her, Kangana said, “Playing a Sikh soldier in Tejas. I never knew until I read my character’s full name on my uniform today. I had an instant smile on my face. Our longings and love have a way of manifesting. The universe speaks to us in more ways than we understand (added a heart emoticon).”
On Monday Kangana won the National Award in the Best Actress category for her films Panga and Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. She has won 4 national awards in total which is indeed a great achievement for any actor. Talking about Kangana’s Workfront, Kangana will be next seen in ‘Thalaivi’. The film is slated to hit the silver screens on April 23, 2021. The AL Vijay directorial will clash with ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ at the box office. The National Award-winning actress also has ‘Dhaakad’ in her kitty. The action thriller co-starring Divya Dutta and Arjun Rampal will release on October 1, 2021.
