Sushmita Sen comes forward to help with oxygen generators, slams trollers with a befitting reply

New Delhi: The second wave of coronavirus is spreading like fire in the whole world. This time the situation of the people in Covid seems to be quite frightening. The number of patients is increasing continuously in different parts of the country. The coronavirus has been overshadowed by the lack of oxygen and beds in hospitals. In fact, the doctors are also feeling helpless in saving the lives of their patients. In such a situation, people are also coming forward for help in every way possible. Also, Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has joined the battle against Corona and promised to help people from her level but is also getting trolled for the same.

In fact, on Thursday, Dr. Sunil Sagar, CEO of Shanti Mukund Hospital in Delhi, shared a video, in which he was telling that there is so much oxygen and bed crisis in the hospital that it will charge them lives of patients. He said, ‘We are requesting doctors to discharge whichever patient may be discharged. The oxygen will last only for 2 hours, patients will be killed.’ After watching this video, Sushmita Sen promised to help.

Reacting to Sunil Sagar’s video, Sushmita wrote on Twitter, “This is deeply heartbreaking…oxygen crisis is everywhere. I have managed to organize a few oxygen cylinders for this hospital but have no way to transport it to Delhi from Mumbai…please help me find a way.”

Criticizing Sushmita, a Twitter user wrote, ‘If Oxygen Crisis is everywhere why are you sending it to Delhi instead of giving it to some similar hospital in Mumbai.’ The actress slammed the user with a befitting reply and said, “Because Mumbai still has oxygen cylinders available, that’s how I found it. Delhi needs it, especially these smaller hospitals, so help if you can.”
