According to ANI, a letter petition has been filed in Patna High Court searching for the switch of investigation into Rajput’s death from Bihar police to CBI.
The petition got here days after a three-judge bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of India SA Bobde, dismissed a petition searching for a CBI inquiry into Rajput’s death.
The actor’s father, Krishna Kumar Singh, filed a criticism with Bihar police final week accusing his son’s girlfriend and actor Rhea Chakraborty, and 6 others, for the death. Rajput was discovered lifeless in his Bandra flat on June 14.
