Tips to lose PCOS body weight:

1. Reduce Your Carb Intake

Reducing the carb consumption helps to manage the PCOS as carbs can reduce the insulin levels, which increases the blood sugar levels of your body. Women with PCOS have insulin resistance, which is the condition when your cells stop the effects of the insulin.

2. Get Plenty of Fiber

3. Eat Enough Protein

4. Exercise Regularly
