New Delhi: Now just 2 months are left for the end of 2021, with this many big smartphone companies are planning to launch their phones. However, many premium flagship devices were released this year like the iPhone 13 and Pixel 6. With this, you can expect some mid-range phones to arrive in India in November.
Let us tell you that we can also see some new launches from Indian smartphone brands including brands like LAVA and Micromax. Some affordable flagship smartphones like OnePlus 9RT and iQOO 8 series and Asus 8Z are also expected to launch in India. These are all the phones coming in November 2021.
Back in May, ASUS launched the flagship ZenFone 8 series. Both the ASUS ZenFone 8 and the ASUS ZenFone 8 Flip were launched in the European markets at that time. The ASUS ZenFone 8 is expected to launch in India as the ASUS 8Z. The smartphone flaunts a 5.9-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate.
It has a dual-camera system of 64MP + 12MP. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. OnePlus 9RT made its global debut in China in October. The smartphone was reportedly recently spotted at BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), so we can expect its launch in India this month. The OnePlus 9RT packs a 4500mAh battery, with 65W Dash Charge support. Its starting price in China is CNY 3,299 which is approximately Rs 38,400. We expect a similar price tag in India upon its imminent launch in India.
Poco M4 Pro 5G
The upcoming POCO M4 Pro 5G is all set to launch globally on 9th November. POCO has confirmed that the smartphone will come with 33W fast charging support, and will be powered by an “ultra-fast” processor based on a 6nm chip. We expect the POCO M4 Pro 5G to be a rebranded version of the recently launched Redmi Note 11 5G. It will feature a 6.6-inch IPS LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate and is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
There will be a 50MP + 8MP dual-camera system and a single 16MP selfie camera lens. The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery with USB Type-C support. The company will be revealing all the pricing, availability and specifications details about the phone on November 9, so stay tuned for that.
Realme Narzo 50 Series
The Realme Narzo 50 series may expand in India with the Realme Narzo 50 and Narzo 50 Pro smartphones. We had earlier made an exclusive that both the smartphones can be launched this month.
The company initially brought the Realme Narzo 50i and Narzo 50A as the first two models in the Narzo 50 lineup. Both the upcoming Realme Narzo 50/50 Pro specifications are yet to be revealed, though we expect both the smartphones to carry the 5G moniker. We’ll have more details about the smartphones when they launch so stay tuned.
iQOO 8 Series
iQOO has already unveiled the iQOO 8 series in the Chinese market. The phone comes at an aggressive price point offering the latest flagship hardware under the hood. Now, both the devices, iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Legend are expected to launch in India this month. iQOO India hasn’t revealed the exact launch date, but we are expecting the launch by the end of this month.
Both the smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and support up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The smartphones run on Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0 for iQOO on top, though we will see them come with Funtouch OS in India. We will have more details on the pricing of the devices when they officially launch in India, so stay tuned for that.
Lava Agni 5g
Indian smartphone maker Lava is also expected to bring its first 5G smartphone to India. Lava Agni 5G has been confirmed to launch in India on 9 November. The smartphone will come with impressive features like 90Hz punch-hole display, 64MP triple rear cameras and MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset. The phone will house a 5,000mAh battery and will run on Android 11 out-of-the-box. Apart from this, the device is said to come with up to 6GB of RAM and we can see support for 128GB storage as well as expandable storage.
The smartphone will come with a Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom, along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The company’s website listing reveals that the Lava Fire 5G will come with a price tag of Rs. 19,999, though we could see a lower selling price when it is officially launched.
Micromax in Note 1 Pro
For the past few months, we have been hearing that Micromax is working on a new smartphone in its ‘in’ series. The new smartphone is expected to be an upgrade phone to the Micromax IN Note 1, Micromax IN Note 1 Pro. The smartphone was also recently spotted on the Geekbench website. Specifications revealed in the listing include the MediaTek MT6785 SoC, which could be the MediaTek Helio G90 chipset.
The Helio G90 chipset will mean no 5G support on the IN Note 1 Pro, so we’ll have to wait a bit longer for a 5G device from a smartphone. Note 1 Pro may finally launch this month after several delays, so stay tuned for that.
The Oppo A95 may launch soon as several promotional images and renders of the smartphone have surfaced online. The leaked renders show a punch-hole design and a rectangular rear camera design that houses a 48MP triple camera setup.
The promotional image also reveals that the smartphone will come with a Snapdragon chipset along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The A95 will house a 5000mAh battery that will support 33W flash charging.
OPPO A95 will be launched in two color options – Glowing Starry Black and Rainbow Silver. The smartphone is expected to launch in Southeast Asia soon, with an Indian launch coming soon, probably this month.
