The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is expected to be the follow-up to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 that was launched in September 2020. The listings of Z Fold 2 were taken off from several e-commerce sites which indicates that the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 3 is imminent. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with a 7.6-inch Foldable Dynamic AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1768 x 2208 pixels. The Samsung device comes with a 372-pixel density with a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a cover display 6.23 inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 816 x 2260 pixels.
The display of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 could feature a triple camera setup with three 12-megapixels cameras. The primary sensor could come with a 12-megapixel with f/1.8 lens and OIS and a secondary telephoto sensor with 12-megapixel with f/2.4 lens. Fold 3 could come with a 12-megapixel with an ultrawide angle lens of f/2.2.
The front camera of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is a 16-megapixels camera. Both cameras of the Samsung device come with recording support of videos in up to 4K at 30 frames per second. The Samsung device could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor. Galaxy Z Fold 3 packs a 4,400 mAh battery with 25W Super-Fast charging support.
Connectivity features of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen1 port. Sensors include a compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, ambient light sensor. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 could be available in 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant.
