‘Rubbish fake reality show’: Former contestant boycotts Bigg Boss 14

New Delhi: Former Bigg Boss contestant Diandra Soares has lashed out at the reality show for its latest developments in the 14th season. In a series of tweets, she called Bigg Boss  a ‘rubbish fake reality show’ and claimed that the makers already have a winner in mind.  She further said that she now plans to boycott the show as nothing is real anymore.

Voicing her resentment, Diandra pointed out that not only by votes, but contestants are getting evicted by other methods as well, making it more suspicious that the makers have favourites.

In a tweet, she wrote, “the season isn’t low trp bcoz of bad contestants, it’s a failure bcoz of the makers rubbish concepts, unfair evictions & blatant favouritism. And below the belt & unfair tasks added to it now. Nothing real anymore. Audience has understood now, hence boycotting it!!

In a seperate tweet, she told a netizen that she skipped watching the show in the past years and is now only watching it because of quarantine boredom.

“Omg I skipped all these past years Too. And am cursing myself for watching this year. Self quarantine boredom 🤯 I think. Ugh. Might honestly stop tho. Its annoying me the blatant favouritism& overall manipulation, and making fools out of contestants n audience too,” she said.

In an earlier tweet, she had lashed out at the show for making contestants reveal their personal secrets in the name of a task, calling it ‘terribly awful, absolutely heartbreaking, and despicable’.

For the uninformed, Diandra Soares is an Indian model and fashion designer who is known for her stint in Bigg Boss season 8.  She gained massive popularity for her relationship with co-contestant Gautam Gulati, who later emerged as the winner, inside the house.
