New Delhi: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Police has arrested two accused in a case pertains to a murder of 47-year-old business who had gone missing on December 15. As per the police, the alleged murderers were the victim’s sons who killed their father over extra marital affair.
The accused have been identified as Sujit Bansode (21) and Abhijit Bansode (18). The police has apprehended the two for killing their father Dhananjay Bansode, a resident of Khed taluka of Pune district.
As per the police, the family of the deceased had registered a missing complaint on December 19, adding that Dhananjay was missing for nearly a week. After which, the FIR was registered in Mhalunge police station.
Bansode Warned Of His Murder
The police found out that Dhananjay had a love affair with a woman whom he met on social media. Even his family knew about it, causing fights and arguments at home everyday.
He had even warned his girlfriend that his family may try to kill him. Following the details, the police arrested the sons and interrogated.
The two accused admitted that they killed thier father on intervening night of December 15 and Deceber 16 as they were entirely against the lover affiar of their father.
Suffocated father till death, burnt body in kiln
The police informed that the first attacked theri father on his head while the latter was sleeping and then, suffocated him to death. Then, the two took the body to their factory where they burnt it in the kiln (bhatti).
Arresting the two, the police has booked them under relevant sections and recovered the remains of the dead body.
