Poland takes on Russia!! Will give fighter jets to Ukraine

Kyiv (Ukraine): Russian forces are wreaking havoc in Ukraine. Ukraine is responding sharply to these attacks with Western weapons. Ukraine is constantly supplied with arms from the US and the UK.

Now reports say that there may be a deal between Poland and the US to help Ukraine. Earlier, it was reported that Ukraine was to receive 70 fighter jets from several European countries, including MiG-29 and Sukhoi-25 fighter jets.

A US administration source told the Wall Street Journal that a deal could be struck between Poland and the United States, under which Poland could supply its older MiG-29 fighter jets and Sukhoi-25 attack aircraft, but in return would receive F-1 from the United States. Need 16 fighter jets. Four U.S. officials told POLITICO that talks were under way. The news comes as Jelensky sought military assistance from the US Congress on Saturday.

According to the report, Poland had said last week that it would send its fighter jets to Ukraine. But Versailles has asked the White House whether the Biden administration will fill the shortage of these planes with American fighter jets. The White House has said it will consider it.

The Joe Biden administration has not opposed the Polish government’s decision to supply MiG fighter jets to Ukraine, which could increase tensions between NATO and Moscow. However, Poland has stopped its flights at the moment.

Ukraine is getting help from the West

Negotiations are underway between Washington and Versailles, according to POLITICO. However, it may take a long time for Poland to get new aircraft. Some time ago, the Spanish politician Joseph Borel had announced that the aid being given to Ukraine would also include fighter jets. He said that these aircraft have been used by the Ukrainian Air Force. In such a case, they will be able to be put on duty in fast war. The United States (US) and European countries supplied Ukraine with large quantities of Stinger anti-aircraft and javelin anti-tank missiles, millions of assault rifles.
