The eyes of the entire world is on New York as PM Modi will address the UNGA today.
New York: PM Modi will address the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
His address will focus on other ‘global challenges’ including the coronavirus pandemic, the need to tackle terrorism and climate change. Last year this session was organized virtually due to the Corona epidemic.
Prime Minister Modi has had a bilateral meeting with US President Joe Biden before addressing the UNGA. He also met US Vice President Kamala Harris. Also they meet with Quad leaders.
