Mumbai Saga: Party song of the year ‘Shor Machega’ is out now


Mumbai Saga: The first song of the upcoming film ‘Mumbai Saga’ is finally out and has already taken over the internet! Directed by Sanjay Gupta, the gangster-based film has an ensemble cast including Emraan Hashmi, Sunil Shetty, John Abraham and Kajal Aggarwal along with Mahesh Manjrekar, Gulshan Grover and Amole Gupte.

In the film, we will see all these actors in amazing avatar. John plays the role of a deadly gangster named Amartya Rao and is joined by Rohit Roy and Prateik Babbar as the members of his gang. On the other hand, Emraan plays the role of a no-nonsense cop who is on a mission to make the city of Bombay cleaner and violence-free.

Recently, the new song of the film, in fact, the first song ‘Shor Machega’ was released.  The party song has been sung by none other than Yo Yo Honey Singh and features John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi in glimpses. The announcement of the song’s release was shared by Honey Singh on Instagram where he wrote, “Party is On, Ready hai Floor… Kyunki abb Machega Machega SHOR #ShorMachega OUT NOW. In Cinemas on 19 March 2021.” The music of the new song is given by Honey Singh while the lyrics are penned by him and Hommie Dilliwala.

Set in the 1980s and 1990s, ‘Mumbai Saga’ also stars Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Kajal Aggarwal, Prateik Babbar, and Gulshan Grover among others. The film is being helmed by Sanjay Gupta, who has previously directed films like ‘Kaabil’, ‘Shootout at Wadala’ and ‘Kaante’.

‘Mumbai Saga’ was initially supposed to release out in June 2020, but after the cinema halls were shut during the pandemic-induced nationwide lockdown, there were reports that the makers of the film were considering a digital release but now as the 100%occupancy allowance in the theatres is confirmed, it’ll be hit the box office.
