Moon Knight ep 1 Twitter review: Marvel's new superhero has more vulnerabilities than superpowers

New Delhi: Ever since the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s so-called Infinity Saga ended with Avengers: Endgame, the Marvel Studios is finding new characters to relish on. With Moon Knight, Marvel has come up with a vulnerable hero battling with himself while trying to escape everything altogether. This Oscar Issac starrer is in the fact that it is not trying hard to be different, but it is different.

Just one episode in the show, Twitterati are all praises for the Mohammed Diab directorial. While the Twitter judges praised Oscar Isaac and his acting prowess, many also pointed out that his British accent as Steven Grant is “unbearable.” Despite these sparse negative comments, the audience has been hailing the mini-series and how it doesn’t try to be different, but is different.

“Moon Knight is just getting started, but can we please take a minute to acknowledge just how magnificent Oscar Isaac is in the role. 40 minutes into this adventure and Steven Grant has our whole hearts. I can wait to see what else he has in store for us! #MoonKnight,” one netizen wrote.

“First thing I did when I woke up this morning was watch the first episode of Moon Knight and… It definitely doesn’t disappoint. In my opinion, best first episode of a marvel show so far and it just makes me want more,” another netizen wrote.

Another Twitterati pointed out how the first episode is bonkers in all possible way. “Unpredictable, fun, and tense with an amazing performance from Oscar Isaac. I’m beyond excited to see where this show goes next. I’m all the way in!” the netizen added.
