IFS Susanta Nanda has shared an old video captured in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur where a monkey falls on rail track after being electrocuted while walking on high-voltage wires.
Sharing the video, the Indian Forest Service (IFS) wrote, “Not without a reason they are called our ancestors… A monkey saves its friend from electrocution. Seems have their degree in medicine too.”
Now in the video, the monkey is seen trying to waking up the unconscious friend by patting, biting it. The tailed animal did not give up and held its companion and dunks it in a puddle in an effort to revive him.
After the incessant 20 minutes struggle, the monkey eventually was successful in getting its friend back to life.
A large number of people congregated at the platform and some even took put their mobile phones to click pictures and capture video of the incident.
