New Delhi (Anish Yande): Mindtree, the IT services firm announced its quarterly results for the March quarter of the fiscal year 2020-21. The consolidated net profit of Mindtree was recorded at Rs 317.3 crore in the March quarter.
The company has expressed confidence in registering double-digit growth in the current financial year.
Mindtree Q4FY21 results:
In Q3FY21, a consolidated net profit of Rs 206.2 crore by the IT services firm. In the March quarter, a consolidated net profit of Rs 317.3 crore was recorded in the March quarter of the fiscal year 2020-21. The net profit increased by 53.4 percent as compared to the previous fiscal.
Operational revenue was reported at Rs 2,050.5 crores in Q4FY20. The revenue from operations is announced at Rs 2,109.3 crore in Q4FY21. The revenue from operations rose by 3 percent on a year-on-year basis.
The profit for FY21 is recorded at Rs 1,110.5 crores, at an increase of 76 percent as compared to the previous fiscal. The revenue in FY21 was at Rs 7,967.8 crore, at an increase of 2.6 percent as compared to the previous year.
Mindtree’s Ebitda (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization) was recorded at Rs 351.2 crore. The Ebitda was recorded at Rs 462.6 crore, at an increase of 32 percent on a year-on-year basis.
At the end of Q4FY21, the total contract value of Mindtree was recorded at $375 million. The total contract value reduced from $393 million in the previous fiscal.
The IT services firm had a total number of active clients at 270 at the end of the March quarter as compared to 276 at the end of December 2020. Mindtree added one client in the $5-million category in the March quarter.
The board of the company has recommended a final dividend of 175 percent. The board of Mindtree has proposed a dividend of 17.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The final dividend is dependent upon the approval of shareholders at the 22nd Annual General Meeting.
