New Delhi (Anish Yande): Xiaomi has launched its Mi Neckband Pro Bluetooth earphones and Mi Portable Speaker (16W) in India. The new devices from Xiaomi would be launched before the upcoming Redmi Note 10 series, set to be launched in March.
Xiaomi currently offers audio devices such as Mi True Wireless Earphones 2C, Mi Smart Speaker, and Mi Neckband Bluetooth Earphones in Indian markets.
Specs of Mi Neckband Pro Bluetooth Earphones:
Mi Neckband Pro Bluetooth Earphones come with a 10mm base driver. The earphones could feature Active Noise Cancellation of 25 decibels. The waterproof rating of the Mi Neckband Pro is a splash-resistant rating of IPX5.
Xiaomi claims that the earphones can be charged to full capacity in 1.5 hours. The Mi Neckband Pro Bluetooth Earphones come with a 150mAh battery which delivers 20 hours of playback.
Mi Neckband Pro Bluetooth Earphones could come with connectivity support of Bluetooth v5.0, with support for SBC and AAC audio codecs.
Specs of Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker (16W):
Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker constitutes two units of 8W, which offer a total power output of 16W. The speakers feature Dual-band EQ, which lets users switch between low and high ranges quickly. The Mi speakers have a frequency range between 80Hz to 20KHz.
According to tipsters, the speaker comes in color variants of Black and Blue.
The dimensions of the Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker are 213 x 74 x 74mm. The Xiaomi speakers are certified with a water resistance of IPX7 and weigh 790 grams.
The Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker packs a battery of 2,600mAh. The speaker could run for up to 13 hours at a 50 percent volume.
Connectivity features of Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker are Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C charging port, and wired support through a 3.5mm headphone jack. The speakers support AAC and SBC audio codecs. The Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker comes with a built-in microphone for accepting calls.
The Mi speaker comes with support for Android, iOS, and Windows devices.
