Mansukh Hiren murder case: Maharashtra ATS seizes Volvo car from Daman

Mumbai: New revelations are being made in the case of an explosives-laden car found outside the home of businessman Mukesh Ambani and the death of Mansukh Hiren, the man associated with that car. 

The Maharashtra ATS has now recovered a Volvo car from Daman. This car is being linked to the Mansukh Hiren massacre. However, the complete information about this car has not been revealed yet.

The NIA has arrested suspended Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waze as a suspect in the murder of Mansukh Hiren and he is being interrogated. The case has become extremely high profile and has resonated from the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly to the Parliament. Apart from this, the resignation of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh is also being demanded by the opposition.

So far 6 luxury cars have been recovered in relation to the case. The entire story began on the evening of February 25, when a suspicious Scorpio car was found outside Antilia, the home of businessman Mukesh Ambani. 

A total of 20 sticks of gelatin were recovered from this car. A letter threatening Mukesh Ambani and his family was also recovered from the car. According to sources, the Volvo car belongs to a big businessman. However, how the car was used in the murder of Mansukh Hiren is being investigated by the ATS.

The investigation of the case has been handed over to the NIA by the Union Home Ministry. The NIA has arrested Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waze, who is an accused in the Mansukh Hiren murder case. Sachin Waze was suspended by the Mumbai Police after his arrest.
