Ladakh Standoff: Liar China again accuses India of provoking Galwan border clash – Daily Mail India

New Delhi: A provocative assertion from China has come out only a day after the Indian and Chinese armies arrived at a consensus to “disengage” from all friction factors in jap Ladakh at a marathon assembly of prime army commanders of the 2 sides.

China’s protection ministry has blamed the Indian facet for the China-India border battle within the Galwan Valley.

China’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) spokesman Wu Qian blamed India for the violent clash, saying that we hope to take care of peace and stability within the border space. Wu stated the incident was totally as a result of unilateral provocation of the Indian facet and a breach of consensus between the 2 sides.

The People’s Liberation Army (PLA) of China stated on Wednesday that on June 15, there was an assault on the Chinese facet of the Line of Actual Control (LAC) within the Galwan Valley, accusing Indian troops of crossing the road.
” India is chargeable for this incident and the issues which are occurring about China are utterly unfaithful, ” a PLA assertion stated.

20 Indian troopers have been killed on this assault from China, however China has not but disclosed the quantity of its casualties. The Ministry of Defense in Beijing reiterated China’s “sovereignty over the Galwan Valley”.

PLA senior colonel and protection ministry spokesman Wu Qian stated, “What is shocking is that on the evening of June 15, soldiers along the Indian border line openly violated the consent of both sides.”
“They proceeded to the line, crossed the LAC again and deliberately attacked China. While negotiating on the spot, the Chinese authorities were suddenly violently attacked by the Indian side. This led to intense physical skirmishes between officers and soldiers on both sides, leading to military casualties,” he added.

“However, China has actively engaged in negotiations with the Indian side to cool down the tension but its border troops violated the agreement made on June 6 and caused the escalation on June 15,” Wu stated.
