Kiara won her first award this year, The Times Of India Power Woman Actor of the Year award. It was announced by Mr Kabir Bedi and presented by none other than Mr Anupam Kher. Kiara was overwhelmed by the recognition and moreover receiving the award from Anupam Kher was another big thing about it. She took the news to Instagram while sharing her videos and pictures from the event.

On the work front, she will next feature alongside Sidharth in ‘Shershaah’. The film is based on the life of Paramvir Chakra Awardee army captain Vikram Batra. She will also star in Anees Bazmee’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ co-starring Kartik Aaryan.
