New Delhi: The Kerala Education Minister Calls for the Inquiry after the Kerala School Education Portal has been hacked during an online class. The incident happened when a person infiltrated the online platform of a class 11th of a school at Kanhangad.

The person entered the online platform covering his head and face allegedly in between the online class. However, the online class at a higher secondary school was suspended temporarily.

The miscreant covering his head and face allegedly appeared half-nude after infiltrating the online platform of a plus one class (11th standard) of a school at Kanhangad last week, the officials said.

After noticing the incident, the teacher immediately asked the students to leave the online classroom. However, the school management has claimed that none of their school students had misused the system.

The Deputy Director, Education, Kasaragod district visited the school and conducted a preliminary inquiry after the State Education Minister V Sivankutty directed officials.

According to the state police, they have not received any complaint from the school management. The school has resumed the online classes after the state government gave guidelines to conduct online classes due to spike in COVID-19 cases
