Kashmir: Terrorists kill migrant labourer from Bihar in Bandipora

Aasif Suhaf, Srinagar: A migrant labourer has been shot dead by suspected terrorists at Sadunara village of Ajas tehsil in the Bandipora district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Officials told News24 that terrorists shot a non-local labourer identified as Mohammad Amrez, a resident of Bihar from a very close range at around 12:30 am on Friday.

This is the second such incident in the last 10 days. Last week a non-local labourer was killed in Pulwama.

Officials said that after being found in a pool of blood, Mohammad Amrez was shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

The deceased Mohammad Amrez is son of Mohammad Jaleel, a resident of Bihar, the officer added. The police has started further investigation in the killing.

Earlier, on August 4, terrorists had killed another non-local labour named Mohammad Mumtaz from Bihar in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.
