Kapil Sharma, who is often teased about his weight on his popular comedy show The Kapil Sharma Show, has finally taken the plunge and woke up at 4 am on Wednesday (March 16) to do his workout. Yes, you read that, the comedian even dropped a small video on his Instagram handle, wherein he can be seen doing push-ups, cardio, chest press, etc. Sharing the post, he wrote, “When you have a 6 am shift, check in to the gym by 4 am #noexcuses #workout #stayhealthy #stayhappy love you all”.

Soon after Kapil Sharma dropped the post, his industry friends and fans bombarded his comment section with messages lauding the comedian. Nehha Pendse wrote, “Yeppp that’s the only way,” while others dropped heart and hand raise emoticons.

Last year, Kapil Sharma suffered a back injury while working out in the gym, and due to the difficulties, he was unable to join the gym, resulting in a potbelly and double chin. However, now after watching this video, it seems the comedian is determined to come into shape and stay healthy.

Also, reports are doing rounds that he has several films in his kitty and will be soon travelling abroad to shoot for a film. Not just this, a renowned photographer Dabboo Ratnani has offered Kapil Sharma after seeing his pictures with daughter Anayra and son Trishaan.

Meanwhile, Kapil has been in the news after director Vivek Agnihotri claimed that the comedian refused to promote his film, The Kashmir Files, on his show. However, he denied the claims and said this was just one side of the story.
