New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut is easily one of the greatest actors of recent time. With her every move, she breaks stereotypes and makes records. Recently, she was conferred with National Awards in the Leading Role and made history, becoming the only actor of her generation to receive four National Awards.
The actress has been handling her own social media account for the last one year and ever since then, she is all over the internet. On Friday, she took to Twitter to share a fan made video compilation which showed her showering her Bollywood counterparts with praises.
In the video, she could be heard saying that it was Kareena Kapoor’s performance in Jab We Met that paved way for modern female protagonist. She also lavished praises on Alia Bhatt, saying it is her world and we are just living in it. She also spoke highly of Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma and Taapsee Pannu.
Sharing the fan made video, Kangana said that while she was all for being on friendly terms with these actresses, none of them supported her.
“There is not a single actress in this industry who I have not supported or praised here is the proof, but non of them ever showed any support or praise for me, have you ever thought why? Why they gang up on me? Why this conspiracy to look through me and my work? Think hard,” the actress wrote.
In an another tweet, the actress claimed that she went for previews of the actor’s films, but they never showed up for hers. “As you can see how comfortably I go for their movie previews when they invite by calling and messaging me directly, they send flowers and pamper me to sky and when I call them for my previews they don’t even take my calls now I bajao them every day cause that’s what they deserve,” she added.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana is currently awaiting the release of her highly-anticipated film Thalaivi. The film, which is a biopic on actor-turned-politician Jayalalithaa, will release on 23 April.
