New Delhi: The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBose) has completed the preparations for the Secondary School Examination (Class 10) and Higher Secondary Examination (Class 12) to be held in the Jammu Division Summer Zone in April.
According to the update of the news agency PTI, Jammu and Kashmir Board President Prof Veena Pandita said on Wednesday, “Summer division examinations of Jammu Division are usually held during the month of February, but this year more time for students to prepare It has been announced to be done in April, postponing the giveaway. ”
Pandita urged students to use the time available to them to the best possible extent to prepare for the ensuing annual examinations. “Let us all defeat this pandemic by observing all the SOPs issued in this regard in and around the examination centres,” she added.
Along with this, the board has given necessary instructions to all the examination centers regarding social examinations, sanitizing the examination halls, wearing masks and carrying water bottles in relation to the examinations between the Covid-19 epidemic.
In the third phase, the Jammu Division Summer Zone examinations are scheduled to be held in April after JKBOSE has conducted the annual regular examinations for the Kashmir division of classes 10, 11 and 12 and the Jammu division for the winter zone and Ladakh. According to the datasheet released by the board, the secondary class examinations are to be conducted from April 3 to April 24. At the same time, the board examinations of Senior Secondary will be held from April 1 to April 29.
On the other hand, according to the changed pattern for class 10 by the CBSE board, the Jammu and Kashmir board has also announced the preparation of secondary school certificate i.e. 10th question paper. However, the examinations in April will be based on the old pattern. On the new pattern, the 10th question paper will be applied for the examinations of Jammu Division Summer Zone from the academic session 2021-22.
