Jharkhand Tribal Festival 2022: Tribal culture, literature and traditions to on display; Bhupesh Baghel will be chief guest

New Delhi: The two-day Jharkhand Tribal Festival 2022 to be held in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand on the occasion of World Tribal Day, will give an opportunity to the people of the country and the world to get acquainted with tribal culture, literature and tribal philosophy. The festival is being organized on 9th and 10th August at Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi. On this occasion, tribal artists from Jharkhand, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and other tribal dominated states will give their cultural performances on this platform.

Bhupesh Baghel will be the chief guest of the closing ceremony

The opening ceremony of this program will be done on 9th August 2022 at 1:00 PM at Morhabadi Ground. Rajya Sabha MP Shibu Soren will be the chief guest of the opening ceremony. At the same time, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will be the chief guest of the closing ceremony held on August 10. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren will preside over the festival. Along with this, all the cabinet ministers, MPs, MLAs, District Panchayat President, Vice President and Mayor will also be present in this event.

Program on tribal literature and philosophy
Along with art and culture, the festival will also feature literary seminars, poetry readings, tribal philosophy and other discussions based on tribal communities. Along with this, a fashion show based on tribal costumes, presentations of tribal music and musical instruments will also spread its shade.

Special flavors will also be tasted

In the two-day Jharkhand Tribal Festival, there will also be a chance to taste and understand the tribal cuisine. Many stalls of tribal people are being set up. Where people will get the taste of traditional tribal cuisine.

The preparations for this program are being finalized. The process of arrival of artists from other states is also going on. Tight security arrangements are also being made during the program.
