Mumbai: In Indian Premier League (IPL), Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s smashing performance continues behind the wicket.
In the match played against Kolkata Knight Riders on Wednesday, CSK won by 18 runs and in this match, Dhoni remained quick behind the wicket. He took the catch of three KKR batsmen in the second innings behind the wicket that is Nitish Rana, Rahul Tripathi and Eoin Morgan. All these batsmen were the main batsmen of Kolkata and by taking their wicket, Dhoni pushed this team completely on the backfoot.
In the match against KKR, by taking three catches, Dhoni created a great milestone in the IPL. He became the first player in this league to take 150 wickets as a wicketkeeper. MS Dhoni has taken a total of 151 wickets in 201 innings of 208 matches so far in this league. Of these, he has taken 112 catches while stumping 39 players. While Dinesh Karthik is the second highest wicket-taker in the IPL in terms of wickets, taking 143 in 200 matches and Robin Uthappa is at the third spot with 90 wickets.

Opener Faf du Plessis struck a spectacular 60-ball 95 not out with nine fours and four sixes to help the Super Kings post an imposing 220/3 after being put in to bat.
Opening bowler Chahar was sensational as KKR were reduced to 31/5, but some big hitting by Andre Russell (54), Dinesh Karthik (40) and Pat Cummins (66 n.o.) took the chase down to the wire.
