The opening act of the greatest Test match there ever was, has ended after an extended farce. Here’s to at least a flip of the coin today. It had started raining before the toss, due to which the toss was delayed but due to incessant rain and wet ground, the first session was completely washed out. After this, the rain stopped for some time and it seemed that the match was likely to happen. But then due to the rain, this hope also got tarnished. In the end, it was decided to cancel the first day’s match.
