1 tsp honey

A small piece of ginger, grated

1 small stick of cinnamon

Whole black pepper

Tulsi leaves

Lemon juice

How to make honey ginger kadha?

In a pan, add around two cups of water. To it, add ginger, tulsi leaves, cinnamon, black pepper and honey. Let the mixture boil for around 5-7 minutes. Strain and serve in a glass. You can add a dash of lemon juice to this as well since it is a good source of vitamin C. This kadha will soothe your throat and also help fight cough and cold
