Goodbye starring Amitabh Bachchan, Rashmika Mandanna begin shoot, Ekta Kapoor shares muhurat pic

New Delhi: The shoot of Vikas Bahl’s upcoming film, Goodbye, has begun today. The films features Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. 

Ekta Kapoor, who is producing the film, took to Instagram to share some pics from the muhurat shot and shared how surreal it feels to work with the ‘ONLY actor’ — Amitabh Bachchan — she has been waiting to work with.

The film marks only the second Hindi film of south sensation Rashmika Mandanna.  She has lately been shooting for her debut film, Mission Majnu, with Sidharth Malhotra. 

According to the reports, the film will revolve around a father-daughter duo and their relationship. This is for the first time that Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna will collaborate for a project. 

Rumours are also rife that Television actor Shivin Narang of Veera fame will be making his debut with Goodbye.  However, neither the makers nor the actor has confirmed the same. 

Meanwhile, on the personal front, Big B recently took to Twitter to share that he has received covid-19 vaccination. Sharing an update related to his health, the actor said, “All well.” On the work front, he has films like, Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’, Rumy Jafry’s ‘Chehre’, and ‘Nagraj Manjule’s ‘Jhund’ in his pipeline.
