GATE 2021: Second round counseling process starts, will be held from June 4 to 6

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi), Delhi has started the second round counseling process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, 2021 (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2021 Counseling, GATE 2021 Counseling). Students who join the counseling can register in the virtual mode on the Students Common Offer Accept Portal (COAP) on the official website coap.iitd.ac.in. Apart from this, you can apply online by following the steps given below. The gate counseling process will be conducted in five rounds. Accordingly, the first round will take place from 28 to 30 May. Round two will be held from June 4 to 6.

For online registration for the GATE exam first, go to the official website coap.iitd.ac.in. After this, on the homepage, click on the “Registration Link”. After this fill in your details and register. After that log in now and fill in additional details to complete the process. After counseling the gate, take a printout of it and keep it for the future.

Schedule for counseling: 

First Round – 28 to 30 May 2021

Second Round – 04 June to 06 June 2021

Third Round – June 11 to June 13, 2021

Fourth Round – June 18 to June 20, 2021

Fifth Round – 25 June to 27 June 2021

About the GATE: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level examination conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and seven IITs Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, and Roorkee. The result of the GATE exam was released on 19 March. At the same time, a total of 1.26 lakh candidates have qualified in the examination. On this basis, the overall pass percentage in the examination has been recorded at 17.82 percent.
