Dark chocolate with a high amount of cocoa is very nutritious. It has good source of fiber content and minerals. The fatty acid present in dark chocolate is also healthy, as the fats are saturated. It has caffeine but in less quantity.

Dark chocolate is loaded with good amount of antioxidants and also includes polyphenols, flavanols and catechins. It helps in weight loss without increasing calorie intake and also boosts immunity to fight against corona virus.
