CBSE Result: Class 10th exam results on June 20, says officials

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a new notification regarding the 10th Board Exam Result (CBSE 10th Board Result 2021). The result of 10th class students will be prepared on the basis of internal assessment. The board has notified this by issuing a notice on its official website cbse.gov.in. The 10th board examinations were canceled due to the corona virus (covid-19) epidemic.

“For example, if a school has conducted two or three-pre Board exams, it may decide to take an average of the three exams, take the best performance in the three tests or give a weightage to each exam as considered suitable,” the Board’s notification states.

“The rationale for the criteria should be well thought out, objective and should be documented in the form of Rational Document explaining in detail how the school assessed marks have been determined out of 80 in these cases,” the notification states.

According to the notification released by CBSE, the result of class 10 students will be prepared through internal assessment. Numbers will be given based on the marks obtained in the students’ school internal assessment. Students who are not happy with their numbers will give the board another chance.

Students who will not be happy with the numbers received by the schools through the internal assessment process, will be given the chance to score by giving exams. However, the schedule of CBSE 10th board exam will be decided keeping in mind the covid-19 transition and situation.
