CBSE board 2021: Tips to prepare for board exams amid pandemic

NEW DELHI (DIVYA SAINI): Class 10th and 12th board exams are one of the most important parts of every student for shaping their career. But due to COVID pandemic this year, schools are closed since march. Students appearing for boards in the year 2021 will be the only batch till now who have studied through online classes by limiting their social contacts. Well self studies are most crucial part while preparing for boards, but students would have never thought that this year they have enough time for self study. But there are few disadvantages too, as they won’t be able to give pre boards through which they get an idea about the exam pattern, weightage of questions and most importantly time management.

Now, with the social distancing norms and online classes are the only way they can prepare for their board exams.

Here are some tips for students who are preparing for their Board exams:

1. Time Management

Time management is the most important factor to attain success. Try to manage time by doing sample papers without any distractions so that you can practice to complete your exam within 3 hours. Students should also focus on the time consuming sections of the exam.

2. Revision is the Key

This also helps in reducing the pre-exam anxiety. Students should revise every week, which will help them to revise the previous study, time to time. This will not only give them satisfaction but will also boost their confidence day by day. Don’t forget it’s the key.

3. Smart Work with Hard work

Student must carefully understand the pattern of the exam and then make their plan about what to study and how to study. Because students need to do smart work and hard work will go hand in hand.

4 Make a Plan

A proper schedule must be made by the students and goals should be set accordingly. This might help Students to focus on their goals by following the proper schedule.
