NEW DELHI (DIVYA SAINI): Many people have bad habit of having dinner late at night, but they don’t know this may adversely affect their health. People who eat after 9 PM may have a high risk of breast and prostate cancer. According to a study cancer may cause to people who have late sleeping and eating habits.
1 Don’t sleep immediately after eating
Those who sleep immediately after having dinner have a higher risk of cancer. People who sleep after 2 hours of eating, may reduce the risk of breast and prostate cancer by 20 percent. Eating late at night not only causes cancer but may also increase the risk of obesity and diabetes.
2 Safe to eat before 9 pm
According to a Research the people who eat before 9 pm have less risk of cancer. They say that those who have dinner after 10 pm have a higher risk of cancer than those who eat before 9 pm. So to protect your self from many serious diseases try to have dinner before 9 pm.
3 Avoid junk foods
Processed foods, sugar drinks, processed soup or meat, alcohol, smoking and high protein diet may increase the risk of cancer. Junk foods and drinks which are high in sugar, refinery oil or fat increase the risk of cancer and other diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure and obesity which is the root cause of all the diseases.
4 Avoid eating immediately after waking up in the morning
According to Ayurveda, Heavy Foods take about 10 to 12 hours to digest, one must eat light weight food before 9 PM to make the digestion process effective. If your digestion is not good it will slow down the metabolism which will further lead to constipation. Constipation is the result of bad toxins in the body which if not released causes the problems of acne, obesity, diabetes, cancer and many more.
