On August 21, Dilip Kumar’s youngest brother Aslam Khan also died in Lilavati Hospital. Aslam Khan, 88, suffered from blood sugar, high blood pressure and heart disease.

Aslam and Ehsan Khan were admitted to Lilavati Hospital last month. Aslam was taken to hospital after complaining of breathlessness. Both of them got positive Kovid-19 test and were immediately admitted to the coronavirus ward of the hospital. His oxygen was reduced by 80%.

“He has been placed in the ICU, but we have not yet entrusted him,” Dr. Jaleel Parker of the hospital had earlier reported.

Apart from blood sugar and high blood pressure diabetes, we have to take extra precautions while treating them keeping in mind their age and pre-existing health condition.
