Bihar Board Matric Result: If student fails in compulsory subject, see how board can pass them

New Delhi: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will release the class 10th board exam results on Monday. Like 12th board result, the Bihar Board will announce the scorecard at its official website — The students, however, can also check their results at The results were supposed to be declared in March but were delayed because of the ongoing coronavirus crisis and the festival of Holi. 

In the Bihar Board Examination, the candidates should score at least 33 percent marks in each paper. 

If a candidate fails with some numbers in one or two subjects, the board can pass it by giving him grace marks. But what if a candidate fails in the compulsory subject? 

In such a situation, the board will take the additional subject marks of the selected candidate and pass them. 

After the results are released, candidates can check the results online through BSEB’s official website, and Candidates can easily check the results by following the steps mentioned below.

Check Result via SMS: 

FBISE – To get the Federal Board Matriculation result, you have to type “FB Your Roll Number” and send it to 5050. For example, your roll number is 237456, then you have to type a message like FB 237456 and send it. 5050. Within a few minutes, you will receive an SMS with your result.

To pass the Bihar Board 12th examination, candidates are required to get a minimum of 33 percent marks. Candidates are also required to obtain minimum passing marks in individual subjects.

Candidates who cannot achieve minimum passing marks in one or two subjects will have to appear in the compartmental examination. The details of the compartment examination will be announced after the declaration of the result.

A total of 16.84 lakh students have registered for Bihar Board Class 10 examination this year out of which 8.46 lakh are boys and about 8.38 lakh are girls.
