Anushka Sharma returns to work after maternity break, see latest pics

New Delhi: Actress and newly turned mommy Anushka Sharma has returned to work after over 2 months of welcoming her first child Vamika with her husband Virat Kohli. On Wednesday, the actress was spotted at the studio as she came out of her vanity van dressed in a stunning white top and blue denim jeans. Anushka covered herself with a white mask. She completed her look with white sneakers and tied her hair in a ponytail. Bollywood photographer Manav Manglani shared the pictures on his Instagram account.

Anushka earlier opened about her future plans during her pregnancy. In a media interview, she said  “I will be back to my shoots after I deliver my child, and will establish a system at home that ensures I can balance time between my child, home and professional life. I intend to keep working for as long as I live because acting truly makes me happy.”

Earlier on the special occasion of International Women’s Day, Anushka’s husband Virat Kohli shared an adorable snap of his wife  with their baby daughter Vamika.Sharing the candid picture of wife Anushka and daughter Vamika on Instagram, the Indian cricketer wrote, “Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them. It’s because they are way stronger than us men. Happy Women’s Day to the most fiercely, compassionate and strong woman of my life and to the one who’s going to grow up to be like her mother. And also a Happy Women’s Day to all the amazing women of the world.” In the picture, Anushka can be seen holding baby Vamika in her arms as the infant places her hand on her mother’s cheek.

Talking about Anushka’s Workfront, She was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s ‘Zero’ co-starring Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. She is yet to resume work and announce her next project
