Alia Bhatt is taking ‘one day at a time’ while in quarantine, Neetu Kapoor is all hearts for her

New Delhi: Amidst the alarmingly rising Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra, a slew of Bollywood celebs have also contracted the virus. Alia Bhatt is among them, who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus last week. She has been home-quarantining since then.  On Monday, Alia shared a glimpse into her quarantine diaries by sharing a selfie. In the photo, the actor is seen in her PJs while lying in her bed. She is snuggling a soft toy and posing cutely for the photo. Alia captioned her selfie stating, “one day at a time.”

The picture got a lot of love from Alia’s beau Ranbir Kapoor’s family. His sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni commented, “cuteness,” along with a heart emoji. Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor dropped heart and heart-eyes emojis on the post. Actress Dia Mirza commented, “get well soooooon.” Alia’s best friend and actor Akansha Ranjan Kapoor also stated, “One call at a time.”

Earlier on Friday Alia took to Instagram stories to inform everyone that she has contracted the coronavirus. She wrote “Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care,” This comes days after her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor tested positive. The actor has now recovered, as confirmed by his uncle Randhir Kapoor.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt was last seen in Karan Johar’s multi-starrer ‘Kalank’. She will be next seen in Ayan Mukherji’s directorial ‘Brahmastra’, alongside her beau Ranbir Kapoor and megastar Amitabh Bachchan. She also has Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawali’, SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘RRR’, and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Darlings’ in the pipeline.
