Actor Amit Mistry dies of heart attack; Kubbra Sait, Jacqueline Fernandez pay condolences

New Delhi: Famous TV and film actor Amit Mistry passed away on Friday morning, April 23, 2021, due to heart attack. The Cine And TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) extended condolences to his family and mourned his untimely demise. The association’s official Twitter handle paid tribute to the actor. It tweeted, “#CINTAA expresses its deepest condolence on the demise of #AmitMistry (Member since 2004)

Amit Mistry’s sudden death has left his fans and industry colleagues shocked. Actors like Shekhar Suman, Karan Grover, Kubbra Sait and others took to social media to express their grief and pay condolences. 

Kubbra Sait tweeted, “You’ll be missed on earth @Actoramitmistry Condolences to the family.” 

Shekhar Suman wrote “My co star in  the series “Saath pheron ki here pheri”(2018) actor Amit Mistry died of a cardiac arrest this morning.Absolutely shocked to hear this news.A fairly young guy and a gifted actor.Will miss you buddy. Rip”

Jacqueline Fernandez also shared a picture of him on Instagram Stories and wrote ‘Rest in peace’. She also added a crying emoji. Actor Sumeet Vyas and former VJ Cyrus Sahukar also shared their condolences.

Amit was also seen in films such as Shor In The City, Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, and others. In Bandish Bandits, he starred with Naseeruddin Shah, Ritwik Bhowmik, and Shreya Chaudhary.
