10 best ways to keep yourself summer safe in the firey weather

Summers are here, and we all know that summers are known for their sunny days, heat, humidity. It is important for all of us to protect our skin from summer and the summer heat. So here are some amazing tips to protect yourself from the summer heat.  

1. Eat a healthy diet

Eat light, small, frequent meals. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet that have high water content such as oranges, watermelon, tomatoes, etc. Have a proper nutritional diet plan. Also, avoid Roadside food or oily food that can be contaminated and may cause foodborne illnesses in summer.  

2. Sleep enough

When your body is overtired, your eyes can be more easily strained and feel gritty and dry. Healthy amounts of sleep can decrease tired eyes and You should take at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

3. Exercise regularly

Practice regular exercise can enhance the circulation of your blood and oxygen flow to your eyes. 

4. Protect your eyes from the sun

Whenever you go outside in the sun wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from UV protection.

5. Try to stay indoor

In summers, outdoor activities are the coolest part of the bright sunny day. Try to stay indoor after an early morning at 11 AM to the evening before 5 PM.

6. Apply sunscreen

Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from sunburn. Apply a good sunscreen to all exposed parts of your body and reapply it every three to four hours.

7. Stay hydrated

Hydration is very important for your physical and mental health. Hydration is always important, but in hot and humid weather, as we tend to lose a lot of our body fluids through body sweat and dehydration, hydration becomes an important task. Feeling thirsty and lightheaded, a dry mouth, tiredness, having dark colour and strong-smelling urine are some signs of dehydration. To prevent dehydration Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking at least 2 to 3 litres of water every day.

8. Wear light and breathable clothes

If you are wearing thick unbreathable cloths in the summers so avoid them and start wearing natural fabrics like- cotton.
